"Our Second Purchase with Sofa and Chair!"
We just placed our second order with S&C and, once again, we’re super pleased with the whole process. Since we were already familiar with Eliza from our last order, we set up a meeting, and she guided us through choosing the fabrics and materials for our sofas. Ida was fantastic in helping us with the final production and delivery setup. On the scheduled day, the delivery crew—Costi, Mariusz, Sofyan, and Catalin—reached out and delivered the sofas without a hitch, even taking all the packaging with them. Really efficient and professional service. Thanks a bunch, S&C!

"This company has not kept its promises..."
This company has not kept its promises regarding their terms and conditions. Luxsale is a division of Sofa and Chair Company. Our sofa showed up damaged. We let them know about the issue. No one got back to us. We requested a refund within two weeks. They eventually set up a repair attempt for the frame, but it ended up worse. Can you believe they’re now claiming we instructed the technician on how to fix it? They’re now offering a refund but with a restocking fee: "If you want to go ahead with the refund, just know there’s a 45% restocking fee." Since November 2022, they’ve been ignoring my emails.
